Griffith Hack highly ranked in latest IAM Patent 1000 list

Griffith Hack has been ranked highly by Intellectual Asset Magazine in its IAM Patent 1000 2018 list.

The publication listed Griffith Hack as “highly recommended” for Prosecution and included the firm in the Transaction list. Griffith Hack received a bronze ranking for Litigation.

Patent attorneys Rosie Stramandinoli, Janelle Borham and Nick Mountford and lawyer Derek Baigent were highlighted for their work.

It said Rosie is “well-versed in drafting, opposition and re-examination”, Janelle “is quick to understand the unique needs of any rights holder” and describes Nick as “a precision prosecutor”.

IAM said Derek “is a straight-talking, technically gifted litigator, whose strategic vision guarantees his status as preferred counsel to a diverse list of industry giants”.
