Bringing together IP law and space law will be an exciting challenge for IP lawyers, Griffith Hack patent attorney Dr Stefan Paterson has told leading Australian legal publication Lawyers Weekly.

Stefan explained to Lawyers Weekly there is a tension between space law, which was established for the benefit for mankind, and IP law, which typically consists of private interests for the benefit of a rights holder.
