Ali is a lawyer who enjoys the academic and practical legal issues that arise from the constantly evolving worlds of science and technology.

“Practising law in fields where new discoveries and developments are made almost daily is a challenge I’m excited  to be involved with,” she says.

Ali also focuses on how clients can achieve commercial objectives from their intellectual property. She has extensive experience in preparing licensing and teaming agreements for national and international companies and worked on a range of litigation cases to protect client interests.

“One of the most important things for clients to understand is the importance of their IP and how they can benefit and profit from it. It’s something I enjoy helping them to achieve.”

Ali also advises on the commercial aspects of patents, trade marks, copyright, designs, internet and privacy law.
