Description:

Fiona gained seven years’ IP experience at a large national law firm prior to joining Griffith Hack in 2004.
She is an IP practitioner who has advised and acted for clients in a broad range of industries (from fish
sauce to security seals) on the identification, protection, commercialisation, defence, licensing and transfer of
their intellectual property rights. Fiona has wide experience in IP litigation, particularly patent and trade
marks infringement proceedings. She has acted for an automotive lighting manufacturer in various patent
infringement proceedings over a number of years. Fiona’s experience also includes drafting and negotiation
of technology transfer, IP licensing and franchise agreements, and advising on trade practices matters.
Fiona enjoys getting to know her clients’ businesses and assisting them to achieve the best commercial
outcome.
