Description:

Andrew is currently studying a Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law at the University of
Melbourne and has published articles on commercial law in professional journals in Australia and overseas.
In 2002 and 2003 Andrew also trained in commercial law and dispute resolution in Europe. Andrew has
also worked as a researcher for Deakin University in the areas of international human rights, international
taxation, and intellectual property.

Andrew joined Griffith Hack in 2008 after having worked within the commercial litigation area and in trade
marks matters, including registration, assignment and licensing, and had appeared in various court and
arbitration proceedings.
Since joining Griffith Hack Andrew has worked on a large variety of Australian and international trade
marks matters. Andrew has also worked on numerous domain name disputes in relation to various dispute
resolution policies, including the UDRP, auDRP and ERDRP and is an active member of Griffith Hack’s
Domain Names Group.
