Amy has had experience in all areas of intellectual property law, including copyright, design, patent and
trademark law and trade practices. This experience covers litigation in the Federal Court.
Amy has also been involved in a number of commercial transactions on behalf of a number of some of
Australia’s leading resource and consumer companies. These commercial transactions have included
various licensing, assignment and commercialisation agreements.
Amy has a background in biomedical science. This degree covers a broad range of areas in the biomedical
field including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, molecular and microbiology and biochemistry.
