Lyn has over 25 years of experience working in the intellectual property protection area and has gained
significant experience in all aspects of trade mark law. A registered trade marks attorney, Lyn’s practice
ranges from advice on registrability of trade marks, lodgement of applications and trade mark prosecution, to
opposition and enforcement of rights.
