Rosie’s experience extends to all aspects of patenting including patent drafting, prosecution, opposition, management of clients’ intellectual property portfolios and due diligence analyses. She also provides patent
infringement opinions and freedom to operate advices, and technical support for patent litigation matters.
Rosie has particular expertise in relation to pharmaceutical patent term extensions.

Her clients are involved in a range of industries from pharmaceuticals and cosmetics to food manufacturing.
Rosie works with individual inventors, small and large Australian companies, local and overseas universities and multinational corporations.

Rosie began working as a trainee patent attorney with Griffith Hack in 1998 and became a registered patent and trade mark attorney in 1999. The Institute of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys of Australia awarded Rosie the prize for the most outstanding candidate to complete the examinations.
