Sally advises clients in a range of industries on the identification, protection, commercialisation and defence of their intellectual property rights, including trade marks, copyright and confidential information. Her clients include IP and telecommunications companies, local government, statutory authorities, manufacturers, retailers, arts organisations and intellectual property owners.

Sally has extensive experience acting for both suppliers and customers in drafting and negotiation of all types of commercial and information technology agreements. This includes website development and hosting agreements, website terms and conditions and privacy policies, software agreements, licensing agreements and transfer of technology agreements. She also practises in the area of trade mark prosecution and provides trade practices advice.

Sally is an experienced public presenter who has delivered papers on information technology law at seminars and spoken widely on intellectual property.
