Steven is a registered Australian patent and trade mark attorney and a European patent attorney, specialising in electronics, IT and mechanical technologies such as computer software, business methods and electrical circuits.
Before joining Griffith Hack’s IT group, Steven worked with patent and trade mark attorney firms in Britain and Australia. His overseas experience provides him a particular advantage when assisting overseas clients or Australian clients seeking overseas patents. He is also a fluent French speaker.
With close to a decade of intellectual property experience, Steven assists clients with drafting and prosecution of patents, trade marks and industrial designs. His clients range from individual local inventors to large companies in a range of industries.
“My objective is to draft a patent that provides the broadest protection possible for a client. It is especially rewarding to see an invention on the shelf and know that you’ve helped to get it there,” says Steven.
