With over 10 years of experience in chemistry research, Joshua’s technical experience spans many facets of chemistry, including medicinal chemistry, drug development, the total synthesis of natural products, polymer chemistry, and the development of synthetic methodology to access useful and interesting molecules.

Joshua has presented his research at various national and international conferences and has numerous publications in international peer-reviewed journals. Joshua is also a co-inventor of a granted US patent.

Joshua is a registered patent attorney at Griffith Hack in the Life Science and Chemical Group. His technical expertise allows him to understand clients’ innovations and the context in which they have been developed. Joshua has experience in the drafting and prosecution of patents in various areas including general chemistry, pharmaceuticals, chemical compositions, food technology, polymers, dental products, pesticides and veterinary products. He also provides infringement and validity opinions on complex pharmaceutical and veterinary product patents.
