Nick’s career has been shaped by his involvement in major litigation. Even when he’s working on patent prosecution strategy and execution, Nick ensures that clients’ enforcement strategy is determined up front. He considers the commercial circumstances and the risks, costs and benefits to inform his recommendations. 

Nick also has extensive experience in assisting clients to improve their position in advance of anticipated litigation or licensing negotiations. He enjoys “negotiating the legal maze to find solutions that work for clients commercially”.
