Working with ‘brilliant clients on new technology’ was a huge attraction to Sam when she began her career in IP. She is recognised for her vigilant approach to protecting or defending IP for clients and experience includes advising a large Australian client in relation to their major international competitor’s patent portfolio including validity and freedom to operate.

Sam’s areas of expertise include crystal structures, extractive metallurgy, mechanical devices and pyrometallurgy.
