We are delighted to announce that the World Trademark Review has again recognised Griffith Hack as a leading firm in its 2025 rankings for Australian trade mark attorney practitioners.

In particular we are thrilled to announce we have been elevated to a Silver ranking in enforcement and litigation from Bronze in 2024. WTR 1000 says, “Maintaining its immaculate brand and portfolio management solutions, the IP practice has raised the bar on its enforcement and litigation expertise, appearing in some of the hottest disputes and earning a well-deserved ascent to the silver category”.

Our firm continues its top Gold ranking for trade mark prosecution and strategy. WTR 1000 adds, “The consistency of their quality service is attributed by local and foreign collaborators to the “excellent practitioners with a great wealth of knowledge of both the legal issues and the commercial imperatives of their clients”.”

Individuals recognised

Practice Group Leader – Law & Trade Marks, Kellie Stonier, Principals Nicola Scheepers, Derek Baigent, Emma Mitchell, and Special Counsel Shannon Fati have all been individually acknowledged for their trade mark or litigation expertise. New to this year’s listing are Principal, Leanne Oitmaa and Special Counsel, Sally Shrimpton.

Thank you to our clients and colleagues who participated in the directory research process and provided positive feedback. You can see Griffith Hack’s full results and selected feedback at the WTR 1000 website.
