Sheree O’Dwyer named finalist in Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 awards

Griffith Hack is pleased to announce Associate Sheree O’Dwyer has been named a finalist in the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 awards for 2017 in the IP category.
Sheree works with a diverse range of clients on IP issues in contentious and transactional matters. Sheree advises clients on all aspects of protection, use and enforcement of their IP rights including for copyright, trade marks, patents, anti-counterfeiting activity and domain name disputes.
Sheree has acted for clients in Federal Court and Trade Mark Office proceedings. She is also experienced in preparing agreements and advising clients on various aspects of IP licensing, research, development and commercialisation of IP.
“IP is an integral consideration for any business as it can be a very valuable asset," Sheree says.
"Understanding the different facets and nuances that arise in IP matters is important to me so I can provide clients with tailored and strategic advice. I like working in IP law to assist clients maximise the benefits of their IP and achieve business goals.”
Sheree graduated from the University of Queensland with Honours in Law and a degree in international business management.
She was a law clerk at Griffith Hack in 2012 and rejoined Griffith Hack in 2016 after a number of years at another firm.
The 30 Under 30 winners will be announced at a cocktail event on Friday, 23 June at the Ivy Ballroom, Sydney.
