Drawing on his significant experience as a senior in-house counsel with a global telecommunications company, Adrian ensures a client’s IP management strategies are aligned with their broader commercial objectives.  He brings a corporate focus to IP and engages with clients at all levels.

Adrian acts for a number of enterprises and investors, advising them at the acquisition and investment stage on IP strategy and IP risk profiling.

His understanding of IP risk management assists him to manage patent infringements and provide mitigation options.  Adrian has significant experience of drafting and prosecuting patents in international jurisdictions and his capabilities also extend to IP commercialisation and licensing, and procurements.  His international experience brings great value to his clients with overseas interests.  Providing these insights to clients offers a more informed global strategy where required.

Adrian works with clients in a number of industry sectors including consumer electronics, medical devices and software.  He has a strong interest and deep expertise in the fintech sector where the need for IP protection and management is critical.
