Jessica Lee is a patent and trade marks attorney based in Sydney.
Jessica has interdisciplinary experience in both research and industry, with a strong background in drafting and prosecuting patents in Australia and in international jurisdictions.
She enjoys learning about new advancements which make the world a better and more interesting place. Jessica has experience in the patenting of diverse technologies such as IT, medical devices, photo-voltaic technologies, electrical devices, home appliances, hot water systems, mining and material handling devices, farming apparatuses, and various mechanical devices.
Jessica’s approach is to collaborate with clients to unpack a technology and think broadly about what makes it special. Doing so enables her to help clients obtain useful IP, and to devise IP management strategies which are aligned with their broader commercial objectives.
