Kim successfully conducted contentious proceedings involving the house brands of major international technology companies and sporting associations and advised major international fashion brands on innovative IP enforcement strategies in China.
Kim also has experience advising major international companies on IP risk management and portfolio management including the negotiation and drafting of licensing and assignment agreements.
