“Clients need to carefully consider what IP it chooses to protect and how it chooses to do so”.

Having completed a clerkship with Griffith Hack Nick celebrated becoming a lawyer in 2019.

Nick’s experience includes trade mark prosecution and registration in Australia and overseas, trade mark proceedings (including non-use actions and opposition) and Federal Court matters involving trade marks and consumer law.

Nick’s thoughtful and thorough approach is matched with his open and honest communication style. “Client’s needs to be well informed, from the beginning, of any potential issues or opportunities so that we can work together on how best to protect their brand and IP assets and enforce that protection if needed.”
