Sean Kelley is a registered patent attorney based in Perth.

Sean provides patent drafting and prosecution services and strategic intellectual property advice to multinational companies, small and medium-sized enterprises, universities and individual inventors. He has also provided freedom to operate (infringement), enforcement and validity advice to Australian and overseas clients.

Sean advises clients with respect to mechanical, mechatronic and software inventions. Having worked in Perth’s mining and oil and gas sectors and as an in-house patent attorney at one of New Zealand’s largest companies, he has extensive knowledge and experience to draw from when providing advice. Sean leverages this experience when working with his clients to help grow their businesses by creating and using the intangible assets that provide them with a competitive advantage.
